Join Bill Dungey, Social Service Worker and Volunteer firefighter for this 10-week long men’s “rucking group.”

This free group for men ages 18-25+ will help young men to become more resilient whilst building necessary life skills to better endure the challenges life will undoubtedly provide. These skills are Stability, Perception, Efficacy, Adaptability and Responsibility (SPEAR).

First Responder Event for families

Come to Brant Mental Health Solutions on Saturday April 29th  from 10am – 12pm to visit with a local firefighter and learn more about what it means to be a first responder. Children and adults will have an opportunity to try on some firefighter equipment!

First Responder Workshop

Registered Social Worker, Christine Bibby and Social Service Worker and volunteer firefighter, Bill Dungey, will be running this free workshop Monday May 1st from 6pm – 7pm. This event is open to all first responders and is designed to provide the first responder with mental health support and resiliency training.

Body Love all day workshop
Cost: $140

Join Registered Social Worker, Christine Bibby and Holistic Nutritionist, Caitlin Schneider on Sunday May 28th from 10am – 3pm as they provide a workshop around health, nutrition and accepting our bodies. Whether you are currently, or have previously, struggled with disordered eating, body image issues or if you are wanting to be more intuitive in your eating habits, this workshop is for you!

A light lunch will be provided.
