Join us at the Paris Library on Thursday November 21st from 6.30 – 8 p.m for our first ever Community Mental Health Forum.
We want to hear from YOU. What has your experience been with the mental health system in Brantford/Brant County, what do you think our community needs in terms of mental health support.

Anger Management Workshop – “Building Mental Bridges”
Do you have trouble dealing with anger, frustration or rage? Do you have a court mandate to attend and are in need of anger management counselling?
Our psychotherapist Renee, has facilitated many of these court ordered workshops and can assist you in learning to cope with the overwhelming emotions of your anger. At the end of the course you will receive the necessary documentation to show your successful completion of the program.
The first workshop is Saturday November 23rd from 9-5 at the Optimist Club, 2 Elm Street, Paris. The venue has a kitchen, so feel free to bring your lunch, or grab something from one of the many restaurants and cafes in downtown Paris.
Most anger management workshops start at $500. Our introductory rate is $250.

Speech Language Development Workshop
On Thursday November 21st from 6-8 pm, Speech Language Pathologist Kim Kriter, will hold a workshop at Brant Mental Health Solutions for parents/caregivers and educators to learn more about:
*Encouraging speech language development at home/in the classroom
*When to seek the help of a professional
